As the end of the year draws to a close the Empire has finally set up a small chapter in the West through its first Royal Commander Knight; Justin Wong. His mission will not be a solo one as Ricky Ortiz will be helping him fight through the Legion of West Coast players to establish a presence for the Empire in the sunny state of California. The two will be recruiting players for the Empire and competing in various tournaments in a siege attempt over the west coast. Justin Wong has already entered his first tournament as a California state resident and decimated his opponents to win the tournament. See results below:

Back in the Empire State, A new Royal Commander Knight for the Empire has been announced by the Emperor of Arcadia, TriForce GameMaster. Sanford "Santhrax" Kelly has been promoted to lead the Empire's fighting force against the menace of the rebel gamers found in the east. Many believe that with Justin now on the West Coast, the main faction of the Empire in the East will crumble without his presence.

TriForce is currently making preparations for the Empire through the "ARC" by fortifying the Knights of Arcadia at the ARC and throughout New York City. This call to duty will prepare the Empire for a new age in the gaming industry and community in the year 2010. Issie Suzuki has returned to Japan after a successful year in competitive fighting games. The winner of Evolution 2009 Street Fighter 3: Third Strike, Seasons Beatings Street Fighter 4 top 8 placing and 1st again for Street Fighter 3: Third Strike. Issie may make a return visit to the USA for GAMME in 2010. With the Empire settling in and visiting family for the holidays, signs of war are on the horizon for 2010. The Empire prepares itself.
