In 2009 Empire Arcadia has encountered a growing number of gamer organizations that have similar functions to that of the Empire. Although the Empire's reach in competitive gaming is still primarily restricted to classic arcades, puzzles and the fighting game genre, the Empire has successfully motioned forward and is expanding its competitive gaming dominance.

Acquiring "Legacy" who has represented the Empire in the Shooter genre with unwavering vigor for Gears of War 2; the Empire has captured the World Cyber Games National Championship and is now poised to unify the National titles at MLG Orlando. The Empire has also positioned itself at the top of the United States Trading Card Game with Chris Bowling, Jerry Wang and Erin Diaz who make up Empire Arcadia's "Duelist of Arcadia" (DOA). The team has secured 1 National title and 3 Shonen Jump Championships in 2 years joining some of the most prestigious TCG teams such as Overdose and more.

The Empire continues to expands its competitive reach in the miscellaneous games such as Guitar Hero and Rock Band where Prod1gy X and StarSlay3r has joined forces to put their gaming talents to good use and push forward the banner of the Empire throughout the nation as one of the most popular Rock Band Gamers to date. Deadly Alliance has contributed to the Empire's expansion through M2K (Mew2King) dominance in Super Smash Brothers Brawl at WinterFest in Florida.

Competing, winning and placing in over 6 different genres, the Empire has engraved its name as one of the greatest competitive gaming organizations in the history of competitive gaming. With that fact established throughout various gaming communities, many rival organizations still do not agree with that statement nor do they recognize the legitimacy of the Empire. Many organizations have held talks with Empire Arcadia only to get closer to its players and try to steal them for their own gain. Others have out right challenged the Empire in open both politically and virtually.

One gaming organization which we will not name had a good relationship with the Empire. However when they found out that 1st Royal Commander Knight Justin Wong moved to California and then asked Justin to leave the Empire and joined their organization. A different organization in "vVv" has been one of the few gamer organizations to have competed against the Empire and has held their own going back and forth with the organization. vVv won Virtua Fighter 5 at WCG by defeating Empire Arcadia's Denkai but suffered defeats at the hands of Justin Wong at Seasons beating 2 and North East Championship and Team Legacy at Game Unicon and WCG Nationals 2009. The battle against the Empire is not only external but internal as well. Factions of players that do not see eye to eye with the Empire and its ARC secretly plot an Anti ARC faction to deface the Empire. Other players are trying to escape their legally binding contract to the Empire after using its name. However all attempts have been futile!

at "GAMME" in Orlando Florida.

With all these issues at hand the Dark Emperor of Arcadia sees all and has addressed plans to deal with the Empire's adversaries for 2010. With Justin's presence stationed in California and the ARC being reinforced by its 2nd Royal Commander Knight Sanford Kelly, the Empire now eyes the first quarter of 2010's events. The Empire plans to continue its dominance on the East Coast despite Justin Wong's relocation to the West and show everyone that the results will not change and the Empire will only become stronger through its expansion and can not be defeated!
