It was only a couple months later though that Jinmaster would seek his revenge on Marvelous. As the two met up at X30 in Maryland , they came face to face once again and this time the victor was Jinmaster. Although Marvelous still took victory in 3 other games, Jinmaster was able to take back his title as the champion of Tekken 5 in the state of Virginia . Be that as it may the time to prove once and for all who was the better of the two; was at hand. During the Empire's attempt to take over the state of Virginia Jinmaster had a distinct advantage over Marvelous as he had a 4 game lead before Marvelous could reset him. Marvelous coming out of the loser's bracket knew that he had a way to work before he would have an even fighting ground to take on Jinmaster. That would not stop Marvelous though as he obliterated Jinmaster 8-1, resetting the matching and then going a 4-0 perfect set on him. The mighty had fallen. However would that be the only mighty to fall in Virginia ?
As Marvelous returned to the Emperor the Breach was already in full swing. Arturo and Jeron headed the front lines along with Valkyrie Naomi and Blaze. Kreymore, Gray Fox along with Dire and Noel held off the east wing. Arturo who is considered the MVP of the (E)mperial Breach 3 won 2 random games from the random select box defeating two opposing teams from the jump. With that good news at hand more teams bum rushed the camp that the Empire set up. As Gray Fox and Kreymore took to arms, Dire and Noel was called off duty for a Super Smash Brothers battle. Valkyrie Naomi and Blaze were the only ones left at the forefront but Naomi had to step away for other reasons than a tournament. This was the first line of defense broken and while Jeron and Arturo were busy battling, the invading force had a free pass to the throne room. As Marvelous stood by the Emperor and battled in Tetris DS and Capcom vs. SNK 2 they made quick work of the invaders.
The invaders then made there challenge to the two in Dynasty Warriors 3 and Mega Man Soccer. Marvelous suggested to Triforce on taking them in Dynasty Warrior 3 but Triforce was reluctant to let Marvelous battle in a game he had no prior experience in. This resulted in a lost. As well for the Megaman Soccer game that Marvelous was not confident in. This forced a game 5. In game five Star Fox 64 was selected and although the Emperor had a convincing lead in the beginning his opponent was able to make a come back on a well placed bomb attack. The opponent then thought he had won the match but it was only 1 of the 3 matches that he had to win. As the second match started a problem rose on the opponent side as time was running out for him. Triforce then brought the match down to sudden death to accommodate his troubles. In that match it started off with Triforce holding a solid lead but then again Aaron Cox hit the Emperor with a well placed bomb which was the deciding factor of the game. Winning 3-2, 3-2 Triforce conceded holding true to his word that it was a sudden death match. Members of the Empire was furious as they felt that Triforce should have played through all of the games. Noel felt that Triforce could make the come back as he has seen before, but Triforce understood all to well the nature of the battle and felt that for now retreat would serve a better purpose than to risk utter defeat.
As the Emperor gave the command to retreat from the breach, Aaron Cox and Clay Davis raised their fist in victory as they were able to drive back the forces of the Empire. Although this victory delayed the war it did nothing to save the immediate battle. Looking for retreating exit the Emperor gave the command to Marvelous to lead the Royal (E)mperial Guard to create a path to retreat from battle. No longer caring about the defeat at the breach Marvelous concentrated on what meant more to him defeat to all who stood in his way. Winning 11 first place games between Marvelous and the Empire he single handedly won 6 tournaments on his own and had a complete shut out in Marvel vs. Capcom 2 with a first ever "PERFECT" win. Twelve members of the Empire ranked top five throughout the entire event which still gave the Empire the undeniable victory over FGC. ( See tournament results )

As the Empire made there escape untouched a conference between leaders of the Virginia Gamer Community was held in a panel with was shortly after the closing of the convention. Triforce spoke about the retreat of the Empire and the purpose in which they were even there to begin with. EmperorTFGM went into details about the reason why the Empire made plans to conquer the state of Virginia and although Brett, Sean and other FGC staff were understanding to the cause of the Empire there was still a sense of uncertainty of the Empire. Triforce declared the return of the Empire in 2007 with a full invasion on the State of Virginia .
"Our defeat here is what it was, a simple defeat but make no mistake that our loss here has only humbled us to see our weakness. Our weakness had nothing to do with our skill but more so our troops not being at their position to protect our fortified position. This error will never come to light again. We will chalk this event up as a draw. As you have defeated our forces and we have defeated yours. However this is only the battle and in only six months the time that will end your province will come to pass and when your community leaders fall, the Empire will rise from the north horizon and claim dominion over this territory. Until then."

After the dramatic Role Playing Event tm the Empire held serious discussions at their panel to address the future development plans for the gaming state of Virginia . The panel lasted 2 hours and brought up very serious questions in terms of what Empire Arcadia Inc. plans were for the Greater Gamer Community. The Empire spoke about working with exclusive media giants to give the true in depth look in the community and culture of gamers. Triforce explained to them that it would serve the community better and more effectively if Empire Arcadia would direct the media to what "EVENTS" and "ELEMENTS" that should be brought to the light of mainstream. Being that Empire Arcadia has many interesting personalities and champions it would give the gamer community a better chance to be properly exposed to the mainstream gaming world. After the panel the convention officially closed and Bret took everyone out to dinner and Macado's. As the Empire ate well and celebrated the victory they had over FGC, Triforce had very little to celebrate as he contemplated on the many battles to come. Low on war funds the Empire's next move is the one territory that it wishes to conquer the most. As the Emperor plans his next move, preparations are already set for the conquest of the Northern Continent. The Empire's next stop . Canada . ( See: Myspace invite * Empire Arcadia members only )
